Mandy Promoted
On Thursday March 17th, Sheriff Hunter held a promotional ceremony at the CCSO Operations Center. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and CCSO employees. Arthur Mandy was promoted to the rank of Corporal. He has served as a detention officer at the Columbia County Detention Facility and will continue serving there as a supervisor.…
