Sheppard Retires
On Thursday January 27, 2022, a retirement ceremony was held for Sergeant Melvin Sheppard. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and Sgt. Sheppard’s co-workers. Sgt. Sheppard began his career with CCSO in 1995 and now retires after 27 years of service at the Columbia County Detention Facility. He retires with the rank of Lieutenant.…
