On Friday evening after 4 pm, a NY State Police Officer spotted the red Mercury in Syracuse NY. He stopped the car that was occupied by Rian Rodriguez and Caitlyn. Rian was taken into custody without incident and Caitlyn is detained. Caitlyn’s family has been notified.
Columbia County Sheriff’s Office will hold a press conference on Monday at 2 pm for additional details .
We would like to thank everyone who helped in this case with a special thanks to the NY State Police and the US Marshals Service. The Marshals Service was instrumental in locating the pair and was diligent in investigating leads throughout the US leading to their discovery.
