Missing Teen Sparks Multi-State Search

 

 

On Sunday, November 26, Columbia County Sheriff Office Detectives began a search for a missing 17 year old female believed to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Caitlyn Frisina, 17 of Fort White left her home, leaving behind her cell phone after doing a factory reset on it. Footprints leading away from the home indicated she was alone at that time.

 

During this investigation, it has been confirmed that she is with a 27 year old male named, Rian Rodriguez, a Hispanic male from the local area. Rodriguez drives a red Mercury Sable similar to the attached photo with Fl tag Z04CSC. All attempts to talk with or locate Rodriguez have failed thus far.

 

Caitlyn withdrew $200.00 from an ATM located at in St. Mary’s, Georgia on Sunday, November 26. The two are believed to be heading north east.

 

Caitlyn has been listed in local, state and national databases as missing. If anyone has information call Detective D. Marszalek at 386-719-2005

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office will be holding a press conference on the progress of the search for missing teen, Caitlyn Frisina on November 29, at 4:00 pm at the Sheriff’s Operation Center in Lake City Florida.

 

The Sheriff’s Operation Center is located at 4917 U.S. Highway 90 E in Lake City near the Lake City Airport. Doors will open to media at 3:30 PM for set up.

 

Speaking will be Sheriff Mark Hunter accompanied by Caitlyn’s parents.

CCSO Sgt. Spurlock responded to Frasina residence and initiated a missing person investigation.  Detective Marszalek was called out and responded.

Caitlyn’s debit card was used to withdraw $200 at the Pilot in St Mary’s, GA.  Still working with local law enforcement to retrieve video.

Sunday 11/26 approximately 7:30am

Sighting of 2001 Mercury Sable at the Bobopo Food Store #5, located at 15966 Wyle Hardee Blvd, Hardeeville, SC , off I95.  Video not clear enough to see inside vehicle or the driver of the vehicle.  Vehicle at pump only.  No one went inside the store.
