On Thursday, April 27, 2023, Sheriff Hunter conducted a promotion ceremony. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and CCSO personnel. Corporal Richard Conger was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Conger has worked in other capacities within the agency and is currently assigned to a patrol shift as a supervisor. He will remain assigned to a patrol shift as a Watch Commander. Please join us in congratulating Sgt. Conger on his promotion!
