On Tuesday, November 22, 2022, Sheriff Hunter held a promotion ceremony at the CCSO Operations Center. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and CCSO personnel. Corporal Scott Busby was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Corporal Busby has most recently served in the School Resource Unit as a supervisor and will now be assigned to the Patrol Division as a watch commander for one of the patrol shifts.
