On Wednesday February 2, 2021 a ceremony was held at the CCSO Operations Center. The ceremony was to swear in two new employees and promote five others. Numerous, family friends, and CCSO employees were in attendance.
Sheriff Hunter swore in Kelsey Hotchkiss as a new evidence/crime scene technician. John Miller was sworn in as a deputy sheriff.
James Cason was promoted to the rank of Corporal and will be reassigned to the Patrol Division from Judicial Services at the courthouse.
Eric Fraddosio and James Maulden were promoted to the rank of Corporal and will serve at the Columbia County Detention Facility.
Corporals Amy Geiger and Renee Lents were promoted to the rank of Sergeant and will continue serving at the Columbia County Detention Facility.
