On Wednesday morning May 5, 2021, Sheriff Hunter promoted several members of the agency. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and CCSO employees. Captain Katina Dicks, who had previously been assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division, was promoted to the rank of Major. She will serve as the agency’s Chief Deputy.
Lieutenant Robert Holloway was promoted to the rank of Captain and will now serve as the Division Commander in the Criminal Investigations Division. He was previously the Patrol Division Lieutenant.
Sergeant Martin Lee was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. He was serving as the Internal Affairs Inspector. He will now be assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division in the Drug Task Force.
Sergeant Howard Bulthius was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant of Community Resources. He was previously assigned as a Patrol Sergeant.
