On Wednesday, January 27, 2021, Sheriff Hunter promoted Corporal Michael Stancil to the rank of Sergeant. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and CCSO employees. Sergeant Stancil has served as a shift supervisor at the Columbia County Detention Facility and will remain at the Detention Facility as a Sergeant. Please join us in congratulating Sgt.
