On Monday, March 13, Columbia County Sheriff Mark Hunter presented an award to local man for his tremendous support to the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.
In a ceremony at the Sheriff’s Office, Captain Joseph Victor USCG (Ret) was presented with the Honorary Lifetime Membership award to the Florida Sheriffs Association by Sheriff Hunter and, Debi Girard, of the FSYR.
“Generous folks like Mr. Victor allow the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches to fulfill their mission. “ Sheriff Hunter said, “The work done at the Ranches for the youth of Florida is extremely important and could not be accomplished without the support of donors.”
