On Wednesday, May 22, 2013, Sheriff Mark Hunter welcomed a new member to the Sheriff’s Office family. In a ceremony attended by family, friends and coworkers, Mr. Gregory Lance Stapleton was officially sworn in as a Deputy. Deputy Stapleton will be assigned to the Columbia County Detention Facility as a Detention Deputy.
We would like to extend our welcome to Deputy Stapleton and we wish him the best of luck in his new endeavor.
