On Wednesday, March 13, 2013, Mr. Murray Smith became an official member of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office. In a ceremony attended by friends, family and coworkers, Sheriff Mark Hunter placed Mr. Smith under oath, making him an official member of the Office.
