”‹On January 3, 2013, several residential burglaries occurred on NW Taylor Magee Ln in northern Columbia County.
Columbia County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives worked diligently to solve these burglaries. Two suspects were identified as a result of this thorough and comprehensive investigation. Both suspects were located and taken into custody.
Deputies located and arrested Christopher Alexander Jezewski,W/M DOB 02/09/1987, at 447 NW Lake City Ave Apt# 101. Suspect Billy Joe Tomlinson Jr., W/M DOB 11/19/1987, was located at the Scottish Inn Apt# 119 and arrested.
”‹Approximately $4,600.00 in stolen property and $1,106.00 cash have been recovered by detectives. Suspect Tomlinson is currently on probation from a previous burglary charge. Both suspect were transported and booked into the Columbia County Detention Facility.
These burglary cases would not have been solved so quickly without the cooperation of the community. The partnership between the Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Columbia County continues to have a positive impact in the solving of crime in our community.
Additional charges and arrests are possible as this investigation moves forward.
