On Monday, October 01, 2012, an industrial accident claimed the life of a worker at the Anderson Columbia plant located at 871 N.W. Guerdon St., Lake City, FL. At approximately 5:15 AM, an employee was checking a diesel fuel tank when an explosion occurred. The worker was fatally injured as a result of the explosion.…
