(Sheriff Kitchings with Cpl. Latimer and Sgt. Cole)

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Sheriff Kitchings promoted two members of the organization in a ceremony held at the CCSO Operations Center. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and agency personnel. Deputy Josh Latimer was promoted to the rank of Corporal. Corporal Latimer has served at the agency for several years, most recently, within the School Resource Unit. He will now be assigned to the Patrol Division as a shift supervisor.

Corporal D’Andra Cole was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Cole has also served at the agency for several years, with her most recent assignment as a shift supervisor in the Patrol Division. She will now be assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as the Crime Scene/Forensics Sergeant.
