On Friday, September 13, 2024, Sheriff Hunter held a promotion ceremony at the CCSO Operations Center. The ceremony was attended by family, friends, and agency personnel. Deputy Logan Bedenbaugh was promoted to the rank of Corporal. Cpl. Bedenbaugh has been serving within the Patrol Division and will continue to serve there as a shift supervisor.
Corporal Matthew Waddington was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Waddington has been serving as a supervisor within the Patrol Division and will now be assigned as a Watch Commander of a patrol shift.
