Sheriff Appoints New Chief Deputy and Jail Administrator

Sheriff Mark Hunter promoted Captain Joe Lucas to the rank of Major, naming him the new Chief Deputy and Detention Deputy Chris Douglas to the rank of Captain as the Jail Administrator.
