On Monday, May 11, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office had a surprise visit from Troop FL8811 of the American Heritage Girls.
The girls accompanied by their adult leaders delivered cookies and thank you notes to the Sheriff’s Operation Center for all the CCSO employees as a show of gratitude for serving and protecting the community.
Sheriff Mark Hunter gave the girls a tour and thanked them not only for the goodies, but for the example they are setting in the community.
