On Friday, February 27, in a ceremony attended by family, friends and Sheriff’s Office personnel, Sheriff Mark Hunter swore in two new deputies.
Mr. Aaron Green was sworn in as a Deputy Sheriff and Mr. Cornelius Lorton as a Detention Deputy.
Deputy Green will be assigned to the Patrol Division in the field training unit and Detention Deputy Lorton will be assigned to the Detention Division also in field training. We wish them the very best in their new careers.
