On Tuesday, September 28, 2010, the Columbia County Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force seized an active clandestine methamphetamine laboratory following the execution of a search warrant.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., detectives served the search warrant at 11199 S.W. County Road 240, Lake City, FL. Detectives found an active methamphetamine laboratory in the home. Task Force Detectives seized multiple items used in the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine. Detectives were initially led to the home as a result of complaints from area citizens that were concerned about possible illegal activity at the home. Detectives were able to develop information that led to a search warrant being issued.
A hazardous material contractor assisted the Task Force in the dismantling and removal of the chemicals and equipment. The hazardous items will be sent to a hazardous materials approved disposal facility.

Charges: Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine.
Ms. Hutchison was arrested at the home and booked in the Columbia County Detention Facility without incident. She is currently being held on $41,000.00 bond. Additional arrests are expected as this investigation continues.
